This is a realistic weight loss. It may seem slow, but it helps you somehow or rather in a long term to your weight loss campaign of more than twenty pounds in a year.
Increase your exercise physical activity if you really want to loose more weight. Being active controls your weight 10 times by eating less. Besides losing weight, there are other reasons to be more active: Being just physically active in my opinion is not enough . You need to prepare your mental as well to help you relax to fight the freak of having high blood pressure and high cholesterol level to reduces your risk for heart disease. of course physically active people have a lower risk of getting high blood pressure upto 50% than inactive people. You are not being asked to join any recreation or sports club in the town or city but at least try to fit various physical activities into your daily routine in small but important ways.Walking is free , jogging is free and all the exercise you can think of is free ; so whats the problem ? If you do on regular basis you can reduce the risk of blood pressure and heart disease.
As I mention earlier force yourself to do at least 30 minutes of exercise like swimming , running or just walk around the house or climb the staircase in your house . If you don't have 30 minutes for exercising, try to find two 15-minute periods or even three 10-minute periods as long as not less than 30 minutes of physical exercise . Try to do some type of aerobic activity in the course of a week or try brisk walking, most days of the week. These exercises can condition your heart and lungs and can prevent you from diseases. Most people just lazy to exercise and find excuses not to do any exercise at all . They just want to eat anything they want and forget about the health risk to their precious body .

Men and very active women may need up to 2,500 calories daily. Other women and inactive men need only about 2,000 calories daily. A safe plan is to eat 300 to 500 fewer calories a day to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week.
